It can feel so scary and isolating when you want to take steps towards healing but are unsure how. It can also feel daunting to open up to someone new and trust them in your healing process. I want to meet you wherever you are on your journey by utilizing a strengths-based approach, focusing on what makes you unique and resilient, and striving to make the therapeutic process warm, safe, and fun. I enjoy working alongside my clients to help them develop coping strategies that lead them to feel empowered to make the changes they want to see in their lives and take that first step towards healing. In treatment, we will work together to create your desired treatment goals, identify barriers, and create an action plan using evidenced-based treatments that you feel best meets your needs.
Bespoke Counseling Services serves children, adolescents, and adults with a variety of presenting issues including anxiety, social anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and more. We strive to meet clients where they are and tailor a therapeutic plan that suits their needs. Individuals who feel awkward, outcast, and misunderstood will feel welcomed and accepted for their awesome selves. We also love to incorporate "geek therapy" including various fandoms into our work. We are 100% LGBTQIA+ affirming and provide a safe place for individuals who may lack acceptance in other realms of life.
Life is full of ups and downs, and sometimes you need someone to help you work through them! I am passionate about helping others through difficult times - you have so many strengths but just might not have tapped into them yet. As a LCSW with over 9 years experience working with kids, teens and adults as a school-based and outpatient therapist, there isn’t much I haven’t heard from my clients. My hope is that you feel comfortable and relaxed as we work together to determine what is important to you and how to get to where you want to go. My focus is to create a warm, comfortable space for each client. As a queer-identifying clinician, I have a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions, as well as have experience with borderline personality disorder and traumatic experiences. During our time together, we will use techniques such as Brainspotting, ACT, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness, meeting you where you are in your therapy process to work towards helping you meet your goals. Healing is hard work, and while there may be tears, we’ll laugh together where we can. Let’s get you on the road to not just living, but thriving!
Hey there, college students. Yes, you with the overloaded Canvas dashboard and the existential crisis in your “notes” app. If you're feeling overwhelmed, anxious, distracted, or like you're one group project away from losing it, you're not alone. I'm a therapist who gets it because I’ve lived it. I was the first in my family to go to college, juggling 40+ hour work weeks, social anxiety, and undiagnosed ADHD, all while trying to decode APA citations like they were ancient hieroglyphics. Oh, and I became pregnant during undergrad, which made me the proud owner of both a baby bump and student loan debt at the same time. So when I say I understand the pressure, the burnout, the identity crisis, and the late-night spirals… I truly mean it. I’ve sat in those same classrooms, fought those same battles (both emotional and financial), and still somehow figured out how to move forward with compassion, humor, and plenty of coffee. Now, I help college students just like you navigate all the “life stuff” that no syllabus ever prepares you for: Managing anxiety and stress Coping with ADHD Building confidence and social skills Balancing school, work, relationships, and your mental health Processing identity, life transitions, and unexpected curveballs Whether you’re barely hanging on or just want a space to breathe and figure things out, I'm here. Therapy with me is judgment-free, human, and yes, sometimes even funny (because if we can’t laugh about the chaos of adulthood, what are we even doing?). Let’s talk. Your mental health deserves as much attention as your GPA.
I work at a small practice called Paris Counseling; this way you won’t be just a number or get caught up in a huge maze trying to get the help you need.
Welcome. I'm glad you're here. Do you struggle with overthinking, excessive stress, or find yourself feeling more down than usual? Are you having difficulty communicating your feelings or setting healthy boundaries? I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you can comfortably take steps toward your personal goals. We will work together to build a deeper understanding of yourself, discuss healthy ways of coping, and produce meaningful change. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness but a courageous step toward healing.

Hi, my name is Antonio and I am a therapist who specializes in addictions and trauma. If you are struggling with things like racing thoughts, trouble staying motivated, drinking too much, or relationship struggles, I can help! I use a combination of CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I also take a trauma-informed perspective in the work that I do. If you are considering therapy at all, I would be happy to have a free 15-minute call with you to see if we are a good fit!
At Root and Branch therapy, I help college students manage different types of anxiety. Being a college student is already full of challenges, but anxiety and high expectations can make it feel unbearable. Every test, assignment, social interaction comes with a weighty question: Am I doing enough? Am I measuring up? Inside, your mind races, worries spiral, and even small mistakes feel monumental. You may feel tense, restless, or on edge, always anticipating what could go wrong. The pressure comes from within and often feels draining. Therapy can help you step back from the pressure and learn to manage anxiety before it controls your life. Together, we will develop strategies to cope with expectations, quiet the inner critic, and build confidence. You are worth it.

Life doesn’t always go according to plan. Even the most capable, high-achieving, and resilient among us can find ourselves overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, grief, trauma, or relationship struggles, healing is possible — and you don’t have to do it alone. At Cadence Psychology Studio, our team of psychologists and therapists in Carmel and Fishers, Indiana, provide a grounded and compassionate approach to therapy that integrates the art and science of psychology. We work collaboratively with each client — individuals and couples alike — to help you move toward greater calm, clarity, and connection. We believe that the therapeutic relationship itself is a powerful source of change. Through warmth, attunement, and trust, we create space for meaningful insight, emotional healing, and growth that lasts beyond the therapy room. Therapy can be a place to return to yourself, repair what’s been strained, and rediscover your strength. We’re here to walk with you — one session, one moment, one breath at a time.

My passion is to help people to move through their pain to a healthier version of themselves. The populations I enjoy working with are women and couples. Depression and anxiety seem to be why most of my clients seek out therapy. I do offer Telehealth, which may make it easier for a college student to see a therapist.
Have you felt like you’re just surviving and unsure of how to create a different life for yourself? Are you ready for a change? Grow with the Flow Therapy focuses on life transitions, relationships, grief, and reducing anxiety and depression to create a more balanced life with meaning and purpose. We build awareness of thoughts, beliefs, and behavioral patterns that could be causing challenges. We try to live into our name by working on personal growth and change while we ‘go with the flow,’ trying to not fight against the currents of circumstances that we cannot change, but instead look for opportunities where change is possible. My 10+ years of experience as a therapist with my training as a 200+ hr yoga teacher (CYT) and mindfulness meditation teacher (MMT) certifications inform my work. I combine these mindfulness practices with those of cutting-edge neuroscience and evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address your individualized treatment goal. Therapy is not always comfortable or easy – it focuses on shifting perspective, beliefs, thoughts, behaviors, and emotions to show up differently in the world. Change and growth are possible! I have the honor and privilege to have a front-row seat to it daily. There is no way around – only through – and I’d be honored to accompany you on that journey.
