AMY DIVINCENZO LCSW LLC
Welcome, I'm so glad you're here.
I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with almost a decade of experience in the mental health field. I enjoy working with young adults, college students, and women with obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma, skin picking, hair pulling, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
I have specialized training in evidenced based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and the ComB model for BFRBs.
If you're feeling unsure if now is the right time to start therapy, reach out and let's talk. We can work together to help you heal pain from the past, solve problems and change behaviors that are holding you back in the present, and alleviate fears about the future. I look forward to hearing from you.
