Grow with the Flow Therapy focuses on life transitions, relationships, grief, and reducing anxiety and depression to create a more balanced life with meaning and purpose. We build awareness of thoughts, beliefs, and behavioral patterns that could be causing challenges. We try to live into our name by working on personal growth and change while we ‘go with the flow,’ trying to not fight against the currents of circumstances that we cannot change, but instead look for opportunities where change is possible.
My 10+ years of experience as a therapist with my training as a 200+ hr yoga teacher (CYT) and mindfulness meditation teacher (MMT) certifications inform my work. I combine these mindfulness practices with those of cutting-edge neuroscience and evidence-based therapeutic approaches to address your individualized treatment goal.
Therapy is not always comfortable or easy – it focuses on shifting perspective, beliefs, thoughts, behaviors, and emotions to show up differently in the world. Change and growth are possible! I have the honor and privilege to have a front-row seat to it daily. There is no way around – only through – and I’d be honored to accompany you on that journey.
