I am a Physician Assistant experienced in working in child, adolescent, and adult psychiatry. I diagnose and help patients to manage conditions including but not limited to: anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, sleep issues, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and much more. Through medication management, I aspire to help my patients manage their conditions as best as possible by using the least amount of medication in order to manage their symptoms. I also am familiar with over-the-counter / naturopathic approaches to mental health and how using these vitamins as adjuncts to medication can often work synergistically with psychiatric meds. I know that medications aren’t always the only method to improve your mental health, so oftentimes I refer my patients to counseling and therapy too. Originally from the state of FL, I graduated from then University of FL with my bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies before earning my PA degree from the University of South Alabama in 2020. I was recently awarded a Certificate of Added Qualifications in Psychiatry by the NCCPA.

My practice is designed to support students who are feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or the challenges of navigating new phases in life. Whether it’s the pressure of academic or family expectations, managing cultural tensions, or struggling with uncertainty about the future, I understand how these issues can make even day-to-day tasks feel heavy and consuming. Many of my clients find themselves caught in cycles of overthinking, self-doubt, or feeling stuck between different identities and responsibilities. As a first-generation immigrant and veteran, I bring both lived experience and clinical insight to the work I do. I specialize in supporting immigrants and children of immigrants who are balancing complex cultural dynamics while trying to succeed academically, socially, and personally. My goal is to help students like you break free from the weight of these internal and external pressures, and move toward a life that feels grounded and self-directed. Together, we’ll create a plan that is realistic, culturally responsive, and tailored to your goals. If you’re ready to explore new ways of coping, build confidence, and feel more in control of your path forward, I’m here to offer support, insight, and tools to help you thrive.
I'm an OCD, phobia, and picking/pulling specialist. 90% of my caseload has OCD and about half also have a phobia or a body-focused repetitive behavior (BFRB). I have a lot of experience with taboo themes (P-OCD, Z-OCD, I-OCD) and people that have primarily mental compulsions. I'm open about having OCD and a BFRB myself. I know what it's like! I'm an LGBTQIA+, kink, and poly-affirming therapist that believes therapy should be available to everyone. I want people to know that therapists are not pinnacles of perfection; we have our own struggles and good therapists use those struggles to become better practitioners. If you're looking for a nonjudgemental therapist that shows her humanity and embraces it with some humor then I might be a good fit for you. I completed specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and I'm intensively trained in Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD. I'm also trained in the ComB model for body-focused repetitive behaviors. I work exclusively online so I can see you no matter where in Georgia you happen to be.

I support high-functioning, thoughtful adults who feel overwhelmed inside—especially introverts, highly sensitive people, or those navigating anxiety, depression, or life transitions. I offer a calm, non-judgmental space to slow down, understand what’s beneath the surface, and build clarity, resilience, and deeper self-trust.
I operate from a systems approach, and utilize narrative, solution-focused, and collaborative perspectives in the therapy room. My work is client-centered, and I strongly believe in meeting the client where they are and providing unconditional support during every step of their journey.
Would you believe that many of our personal struggles stem from early childhood experiences? As an integrative mind-body psychotherapist, Jennifer helps clients navigate a wide range of concerns, including abandonment wounds, conflictual relationships and healing the inner child. She has clinical experience and specialized interest in Anxiety, Mood and Personality Disorders, including Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, Major Depressive Disorder and Narcissistic Personality Disorder, as well as supporting individuals impacted by narcissistic abuse. Jennifer enjoys working with clients to explore their shadow self, whether addressing depression, unresolved childhood experiences, reparenting work, nervous system regulation or lifestyle and nutritional wellness. Her goal is to meet each client exactly where they are, using a holistic and integrative approach to healing. Through a strong collaborative therapeutic relationship, Jennifer believes clients can explore their presenting concerns within an environment that is supportive, nonjudgmental and most importantly, emotionally safe. Together, you will examine thoughts, behaviors and relational patterns to gain deeper insight and understanding. With a solutions-oriented perspective, she provides a structured framework that encourages meaningful change and supports movement toward wholeness. Jennifer strongly believes in the power of self-care and the importance of balancing both internal and external experiences to become harmoniously grounded in your most authentic self. I'm so glad you're here! I welcome clients who may be perceived by others as "having it all together", but internally feel overwhelmed, out of control and are afraid of being "found out". My clients are high achieving and historically marginalized folks who want to work through anxiety, depression, stress management, boundary setting, life transitions, and identity exploration. I frame the healing journey in terms of present, past, and future-what's not working right now, how did you get here, and where do you want to be instead. Together we'll create a space where you are free to dream and make room for your authentic self to shine through. I became a psychologist to become an active part in creating a world that my inner child would feel seen in, and to extend that power and flexibility to others who may have learned that safety and support is not always given- sometimes it must be created. If you are curious about starting your Unapologetic Journey, email me to schedule a consultation today!
As a therapist with more than 30 years of experience I know that investing in oneself takes time and effort but also that the outcome is well worth the commitment – YOU are worth the commitment. By working together to address issues related to trauma, mood (anxiety, depression, anger), LGBTQ+ identity, and/or life transitions we will work to create ways of thinking and acting that allow you to be the best version of you that you can be. Whether the issues to be addressed in therapy are relatively new or they have been with you since childhood, I can help you create the satisfying life you deserve. From our first interaction, you can expect me to be compassionate, empowering, open-minded, and empathetic. I will help you understand the ways in which your thought processes and behaviors interfere with your life and challenge you to incorporate healthier ways to cope. Together, we will create a space where you feel safe enough to be your authentic self. Please visit my website to understand more about how I would approach our work together or to read my blogs about topics commonly addressed in therapy. I would love to speak with you to determine if I am the right person to help you to address whatever interferes with your wellbeing. You are so deserving of a contented life – let me help you get there.
My name is Elizabeth Bryant. As a LGBTQIA+ affirming couples therapist trained in both Gottman and Developmental Model Couples therapy I have come to learn that not every size fits all. Bringing two different people with their own unique backgrounds, life experiences, and values is bound to be tricky. Trying to build a life with someone is wonderful but a challenging adventure to embark on. I work with a variety of couples including but not limited to LGBTQIA+, monogamous, polyamorous, heterosexual, interracial, and neurodivergent. The majority of the couples I work with are looking for a new way forward together but are facing challenges that often feel unresolvable without guidance. It takes courage, vulnerability, patience, open communication and a genuine desire to heal and grow. It is not a journey taken lightly but together we can create a path towards deeper connection and a joy-filled relationship.
