My name is Ashleigh Tricksey. I have been working in the counseling field for 5 years now. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my theoretical approach while still integrating other techniques that best fit the needs of the client. If you are experiencing anxiety, adjustment issues, depression, grief/loss, low self-esteem, and/or trauma then I am here to help you reach your goals and maintain healthy mental health.
I’m really glad you’re here! I work with Attento Counseling, supporting adults as they navigate stress, life transitions, relationships, and the everyday weight that can feel hard to carry alone, the quiet weight that often goes unseen. I believe therapy should be a calm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are—no judgment, no pressure, and no need to have everything figured out. Just a place where you can slow down, be heard, and be supported yourself to begin to sort through what’s on your mind. I create a safe space for you to have just room to be honest, to exhale, and to sort through what you’ve been carrying. This is an opportunity to process what’s going so that you don’t lose yourself and an opportunity for you to define yourself, especially when life gets heavy.
Sometimes we feel stuck. Sometimes we feel overwhelmed. Sometimes we feel bad and we don't know why. My goal is to help you trailblaze through the forest of life with an improved sense of self and sense of direction. To facilitate this process I use a variety of self-assessment tools and provide self-care education. Sessions will involve talk-therapy and may include use of worksheets, journaling, charting, and art-based interventions. I also incorporate the healing power of humor, when appropriate. I will partner with you to help you feel comfortable in your own skin and confident in each step you take towards growth.
I believe counseling is about gaining a complete understanding of oneself to connect the dots of why we think, behave, and feel the way we do. Therapy can help one to see the connection and learn skills to change patterns of self-destructive behavior into life fulfilling achievements. Therapy is a safe space to explore the person you are and look at the negative experiences in your life to start the healing process. In therapy we can work together to understand yourself more fully and work towards the goals you determine. Life is not easy and seeking helping can be the first step to making lasting change towards the future you envision. I desire to help you gain the insight into you so that your future is brighter, and you are stronger in knowing who you are. Yes, we all think we have flaws but sometimes what we think are flaws are strengths hidden by biases and once we understand them a whole new perspective is unveiled. The first step is the hardest but after that I will be there for you each step of the process.

Have you ever felt like everyone else has life figured out except you? Maybe you're balancing classes, work, family, or relationships while trying to hold it all together. On the outside, you seem capable, but inside you're feeling anxious, overwhelmed, exhausted, or wondering why you can't just "push through." You're not alone. I work with students and young adults who are used to carrying a lot on their own. Together, we'll slow down, make sense of what's happening, and build practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself. As a first-generation college graduate and LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist, I recognize how identity, culture, and lived experience shape our mental health. I'm committed to creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow. Therapy with me is a space where you can show up as you are, explore what matters most, and cultivate the self-trust to navigate life's challenges. If this resonates with you, I'd love to connect. I offer free 15-minute consultations where we can get to know each other, discuss your goals, and determine whether we're a good fit. Reach out by email or through our website to get started.
My name is Jessica Kettell and I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with the American Nurses Credentialing Center. I am here to help you restore your mental health and empower you to live your life to your fullest potential. Are you feeling sad or empty? Do you have trouble sleeping? Or maybe, you are so overwhelmed, anxious, or discouraged that it’s hard for you to make it through the day? You might find it hard to focus on tasks or assignments. Whatever problems you are facing right now, let’s tackle them together! You are not alone. You deserve to be happy and enjoy your life. I have completed a Fellowship Program in Functional and Integrative Psychiatry with Dr. James Greenblatt. My lifelong dream has been to make mental health care more accessible to individuals and to reduce the stigma associated with mental health treatment. Just as it is normal to seek treatment for diabetes, it should be natural to seek treatment to improve your mental health. You are a biochemically unique individual. A treatment that works well for someone, might not work best for you. That is why I use an evidence-based, whole-body, personalized approach to identify all factors that might be contributing to your mental health condition such as nutrition, lifestyle, hormones, genetics, and stress. Good nutrition and lifestyle practices are the foundation of mental wellness. I would love to support you on your mental health journey. Let’s do this together!

As a psychotherapist, I create a safe space whereby building a relationship, unraveling issues, demystifying oneself, voicing hopes and dreams, and developing wisdom and insight, one can emerge from (and exist in) the forest that is life with a deeper understanding of how to navigate one's mind and the world around us. It is my philosophy that great psychotherapy not only addresses the issues on the table, but also guides one towards greater overall life fulfillment. I have extensive experience is CBT, ACT, psychodynamic and mindfulness approaches working with a variety of populations, mental barriers and social challenges. By developing together the skills of psychological flexibility, I aim to equip you with the skills to successfully endure future hardships on your own in an imperfect world where negative experiences and events are outside of our control. In turn, allowing you to live a life that is gratifying, authentic, rich, purposeful and well-adapted. Aside from my academic training, my psychotherapy approach is also informed by my own queer identity, my multicultural immigrant background, existential worldview, social justice, and the realities of people of working class and low socio-economic experiences. Welcome! My name is Joseé Muldrew. I am a proud Spelman Alumna and a graduate of Boston University. I'm passionate about helping college student and communities of color uncover their truths by identifying and processing the various life experiences that may have skewed and muddied their world view. I believe that every person deserves to experience unconditional love and self-acceptance, and that starts from within. As a therapist, I view myself as an advocate and supporter who walks alongside you on your journey. I hold up a figurative mirror that allows you to see everything that you are, while equipping you with the necessary tools to navigate life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, racial identity issues, and attachment issues, among other concerns. Individual therapy is a powerful, yet challenging process that requires trust and safety within the therapeutic relationship. I work to build a healthy rapport with my clients that empowers them to share their story and experience the healing they desire in a nonjudgmental environment. Through our work, you will move out of past limiting beliefs that have kept you stuck into new and adaptive ways of behaving and thinking that promote growth.
At WellBeing NP, we work best with students who feel overwhelmed, burned out, or under pressure to “keep it together.” Many of the students we see are dealing with anxiety, ADHD, low mood, trouble sleeping, or stress from school, relationships, and life transitions. This is a good fit if you want someone who listens, explains things clearly, and helps you figure out a plan that actually feels manageable while you’re in school.
