Are you overwhelmed by anxiety, struggling with your identity, or feeling stuck under the weight of the world? You’re not alone. Many of my clients navigate stress, self-doubt, overthinking, and pressures from relationships, work, or school. I am especially passionate about working with members of the queer community and neurodivergent individuals, and I strive to create a space where you can show up fully as yourself—without judgment, pressure, or the need to mask or hide parts of who you are. Whether it's self-esteem, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling lost, you don’t have to manage it all on your own. I offer a supportive, affirming space where you can show up as your full, authentic self and explore what’s on your mind without judgment. Together, we’ll explore how your relationships, culture, identity, and life experiences shape your well-being, while working to ease anxiety, build self-esteem, and help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered. You deserve the kind of support and care that sees you, values you, and meets you where you are. I invite you to reach out if you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and growth. I look forward to connecting with you.
Life can feel overwhelming, and it’s okay not to have all the answers. I offer a supportive space to explore your story and take steps toward meaningful change. I work with those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, perfectionist tendencies, and life transitions. I’m especially passionate about supporting current and former athletes as they rediscover identity beyond sport(s). Using an empowerment-based, CBT & DBT techniques, Adlerian, and family systems approach, I help clients build resilience, find clarity, and move forward with confidence. I help high achievers of all facets explore how they became who they are today, understand how their mindset & perfectionistic tendencies impact their daily life, & learn healthier ways to navigate pressure, performance expectations, and the world around them. Across all areas, I seek to help clients foster resilience and empowerment in their lives. Reaching out for support takes courage, and it’s normal to feel uncertain about where to begin. My goal is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel understood and supported. Together, we can work toward building resilience, discovering strengths, and moving forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Who would you be if you believed you actually could? If you knew you already are? My approach to therapy centers on the belief that “healing is making whole.” Whether dealing with issues of addiction, depression and anxiety, self-knowledge and self-worth, sexual orientation and gender identity, trauma or relationship concerns, life transitions attention is, therefore, given to the whole of the individual – heart, mind, body and soul. So many of us feel stuck, repeating patterns of behavior we consciously experience a desire to let go of. What keeps us doing what we believe we don’t want to do is that we are disconnected from the places within us where our actions come from. In my work with clients I care most about helping others uncover their truth – without judgment. I see psychotherapy as an invitation and permission to reveal, explore and practice embodying the wholeness of who we are, in order to develop a greater sense of fullness, choice and empowerment in our lives. And I very much see psychotherapy as a partnership and a journey, one which I am repeatedly humbled and grateful to be allowed to accompany others on. In addition, as a certified yoga instructor, the teachings of classical yoga inform my psychotherapy work with both individuals and couples. Yoga ‘on the mat’ may be a possible element of our work for interested clients, but more often this takes the form of our exploring how to live and practice the principles of yoga ‘off the mat.’

Clients often come to me feeling overwhelmed by worry, having a hard time quieting their minds, struggling with focus or procrastination, or burning themselves out from feeling the need to be perfect. You may be doing well academically while inside you're feeling exhausted, stuck, or like you're working much harder than everyone else just to keep up. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, phobias, ADHD-related challenges, perfectionism, and difficulty managing the many demands in this stage of their lives. Some individuals come to therapy because they can't stop worrying or overthinking. Others find themselves avoiding situations because of intense fears, notice themselves getting stuck in repetitive thought loops, needing reassurance before they can move forward, or feeling unable to let go of the possibility that something might go wrong. You don't need to have a diagnosis or know exactly what's going on to reach out. My goal is to provide a space where you don't have to have everything figured out. Therapy is a place to better understand yourself, learn practical strategies, and develop more confidence in navigating academics, relationships, independence, and the transition into (later) adulthood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, helping you feel more capable and less controlled by anxiety, perfectionism, or self-expectations. I use CBT and integrate mindfulness and ERP for anxiety disorders and OCD.
In working with my clients, I strive to help them find a healthy balance in every part of their lives; whether it is work, relationships or health. Finding a balance is important. Balance does not allow one area in our lives to become too extreme, pulling all of our focus. In session we will develop personalized strategies that can help you feel more in control, making your concerns feel more manageable. Once we work together to find that balance in your daily life, you are able to live at your happy, healthy baseline. You begin to thrive.
On the outside, things look successful. People rely on you, and you generally handle what’s in front of you. But internally, it can feel very different. Your reactions feel stronger than you expect. You hold yourself to impossibly high standards. That critical inner voice is quick to point out what you should have done better. Even when you accomplish something meaningful, it rarely feels like enough. You may be someone who was labeled “gifted” or high-achieving early on. You’re thoughtful, capable, and used to performing well under pressure. Yet the constant drive to get it right can leave you exhausted. You might notice tension in your body that never quite goes away or difficulty truly relaxing. You understand your patterns and may have even done therapy before, but insight alone hasn’t fully created the change you’re looking for. In our work together, we move beyond simply talking about the problem. I integrate EMDR and somatic-informed approaches to help your nervous system process experiences that may still be driving anxiety, perfectionism, or emotional intensity beneath the surface. When the body has a chance to settle, the mind often follows. Therapy becomes less about “figuring it out” and more about creating meaningful, embodied change. Our sessions are collaborative, focused, and respectful of your time and intelligence. I provide a calm, professional space where you can slow down without losing momentum. Together, we clarify what matters most to you and work toward a life that feels grounded, balanced, and genuinely fulfilling; not just successful on paper. If you’re ready for therapy that goes deeper than insight alone and supports lasting change, I’d be glad to connect. I invite you to schedule a free consultation through my website.
