I help adults and young people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. My style is straightforward and collaborative — we look at what’s getting in your way, identify unhelpful thinking patterns, and build practical tools that actually make life feel lighter and more manageable. I work best with clients who appreciate honesty, want real change, and are open to trying new ways of thinking and responding
You can usually manage the anxiety, but lately it feels out of control. You realize you can’t handle this alone. You need help. Maybe this sounds familiar? - Times where you feel like you can’t breathe, your heart is pounding out of your chest and you feel desperate. - You can't sleep through the night - You can’t concentrate and it’s affecting school or work - You can’t ever relax. Your body is tense and frequently in pain. **Counseling can provide relief and tools to help you feel calm and more in control.
I believe we all have the potential to live a life that brings us joy and satisfaction. I believe we all have an inner strength that allows us to change and grow, no matter how adverse the circumstances that brought us here. A therapeutic relationship based on trust, honesty, and non-judgment can bring that strength to its rightful place in our lives. I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy. I recognize that there are generational, environmental, social, political, and cultural factors that impact our day-to-day lives and decisions and believe it's important to consider these factors when learning about my clients and their experiences. When we begin to understand ourselves and our ways of thinking and acting as a part of a larger whole, we can begin to improve the quality of our lives and our relationships, especially our relationship to the self. I help clients create real change through cultivating insight around their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in the context of their life, relationships, and the world around them. I also help clients develop healthier, more effective coping skills. Together, we'll work to deepen your self awareness and build on what is good, strong, and true about yourself.
Hi! I’m Paige (they/she) Whether you are struggling with your identity, the transitions and pace of being in school, or your overall mental health, I would love to see how we can make your life run more smoothly. I aim to make therapy accessible to all of my clients and we can talk about what this means for you. Fidgeting is welcome, as well as eating or knitting while we chat. I mainly use Internal Family Systems which sees each person as made up of a system of parts. These parts interact with one another with the goal of maintaining safety and avoiding harm and pain. Through the experience of trauma, our parts may take on more extreme roles to protect us. We will work together to heal these parts so that they can contribute to the internal system in more helpful ways. A little about me: I am a queer and chronically-ill identified therapist and I love to cross-stitch! I can’t help but to notice parts and attachment styles everywhere, mainly in tv and books. I love finding ways to incorporate art and movement into healing. If you would like to learn more, please reach out for a free consultation to see if I would be a good fit. I look forward to working with you! *I have sliding scale slots from $85-$135 based on need* *I reserve a few slots on my caseload for clients seeking lower fee therapy ($40-$70 per session) through Open Path Psychotherapy Collective*
I've dedicated my career to helping people heal from addictions and other emotional issues. I take a holistic approach to therapy, and can incorporate evidence based treatment with non-traditional energy healing modalities. I have a working knowledge of the Twelve Step philosophy with over 26 years of personal experience, which makes me uniquely qualified to help people (and their loved ones) who are struggling with an addiction. At Insight Psychological Services, our team works collaboratively to provide psychotherapy, psychiatric evaluations and medication management for individuals and families.

Hi! I’m Kimberly Carlin, LPC, and I work with women over 18 who want support navigating the ups and downs of life. Between work, relationships, family responsibilities, and personal growth, it’s normal to feel stressed, overwhelmed, or unsure of how to cope. I help women work through: * Anxiety, stress, and burnout * Relationship challenges and setting boundaries * Trauma or emotional abuse * Grief or major life transitions * Body image and disordered eating * Pressure to be “perfect” or meet high expectations * Life transitions such as parenting, career changes, or caregiving responsibilities Here’s what therapy with me looks like: CBT: Helps you spot unhelpful thoughts and replace them with healthier ones. ACT: Teaches you to accept feelings and focus on what matters most. Somatic Therapy: Uses your body to release stored stress, tension, and anxiety. IFS (Internal Family Systems): Helps you explore different parts of yourself and understand conflicting thoughts, emotions, or behaviors. Inner Child Work: Helps you understand how past experiences shape your feelings today. EMDR: A specialized approach that helps painful memories feel less overwhelming. Christian Counseling and Prayer (optional): For women who desire, therapy can integrate Biblical principles, prayer, and exploring God’s perspective of who you are to guide healing, self-worth, and decision-making. I provide online therapy and am licensed in multiple states, so you can continue care even if you travel, work remotely or move. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood, gain clarity, and build tools to navigate life with more confidence, self-compassion, and faith-based guidance if desired. Whether you’re feeling stressed, struggling with relationships, wanting to process trauma, or navigating major life transitions, I’m here to support you. Are You Looking For A Therapist Who Will Involve Your Entire Being, Mind, Body and Soul, in Your Healing Journey? There is a powerful connection between the body and the brain, and both the body and the brain rely on that connection to heal. With that, I utilize yoga practices to help guide you to integrate your mind and body. Unlike talk therapy, where we explore your thoughts and feelings on a topic or event, Yoga + Therapy encourages you to feel the body sensations that hold wisdom about that topic or event. Your body has an opinion, it's time to listen to it! I specialize in working with women and BIPOC - two groups I identify with and deeply care about. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and yoga teacher with specific training in trauma-informed practices. Yoga + Therapy strengthens the ability to be present in the mind, in the body, and ultimately, in life. If you are looking for traditional talk therapy only, I integrate meditation and mindfulness in sessions to help you further explore areas in your life. I am an Out of Network Provider (Self Pay/Private Pay). Please visit my website www.mindbodysoulcounseling.com to learn more about my practice and schedule a free 15 minute consultation call. I can't wait to work with you! There is a powerful connection between the body and the brain, and both the body and the brain rely on that connection to heal. I emphasize the importance of being comfortable in your own body. Yoga + Therapy strengthens the ability to be present in the mind, in the body, and ultimately, in life.
I have enjoyed being in the mental and behavioral health field for over 12 years working with children, adolescents, and adult. As a licensed behavioral consultant, I've supported families and children with Autism, ADHD, and mood-related disorders. As licensed professional counselor, I've empowered individuals through experiences relating to trauma, grief, divorce, adjustment, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and anger management. In 2022, I opened a private practice partnering with therapists to expand providing care. I am grateful for the honor and privilege to be present with you in your inspiring story; with more to still be written. I value a client-centered orientation to embrace each unique person and to individualize treatment to most effectively support accomplishing goals. I use cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness-based stress reduction, behavior-modification, and play therapy as therapeutic approaches to cultivate growth by focusing care for each specific need. Accepting new clients, children, teens, and adults for virtual therapy in Pennsylvania statewide! Please reach out directly to me by phone or email listed in my website under the contact page. Becoming a clinical psychologist grew out of my lifelong wish to help people lessen the emotional and psychological pain that any of us can be susceptible to. I provide a place where people can feel listened to and understood. Feeling heard by someone else can often be the first step to better understanding one’s own feelings and others. Once I understand your issues, I utilize psychological treatments that incorporate the latest findings from cognitive psychology, neuropsychology, neuroscience, and modern psychoanalysis. These treatments are now helping more people find effective ways to meet their emotional needs and have fulfilling and enjoyable lives and relationships. If you are interested in learning more about ways that psychological treatment can reduce your emotional distress and help you to have the life you want to live, please do not hesitate to contact me to arrange for an initial consultation.
My style of therapy is very laid back, as I believe comfort is the most important part of the therapy process. In order to discuss difficult topics or begin to work towards goals, there has to be a strong therapeutic relationship. I begin to build this relationship by getting to know my client's personalities, family structure, work life, friendships, etc. Once I get to know you, I can better understand patterns, coping skills, and/or emotions that may be occurring in response to stressors. I also am very client-centered and will tailor the therapy process around what is best for each client. Everyone is different and that means that therapy will look different for each person.

When many people begin therapy, they don't know where to start. That is totally normal and no one I see needs to have all the answers right now. The people I work with often are going through a tough transition, experiencing stress at school, struggling with feelings of anxiety or depression, or they may have had something really distressing happen to them. Often, they may be noticing patterns of avoidance, procrastination, and self-shaming. Sometimes they're also experiencing stress in their relationships. Whatever is happening, I honor how challenging the process of reaching out for support can be, and I am here to help by working together with those who come to my practice. I specialize in attachment based EMDR therapy, which is incredibly useful for addressing distressing events (in the past or present); chronic stress, severe anxiety, and feeling like you are "stuck" on an issue that just doesn't seem to go away. It can also help resolve old wounds that are impacting current relationships. I'm here to help make the process of beginning therapy easier and help create a sense of safety by collaborating with you to address your needs. I also respect that paying for therapy can be complicated. To help, I offer a service where I can submit billing info to a service that files documentation with your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursements. If eligible, you may be able to receive a portion of your money back for therapy, making payment easier. I am also able to check to see if you're eligible for reimbursement. If you are a student in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or Florida, the next step is to email or call me today. I look forward to connecting!
Can you imagine what it would be like to turn the volume down on your anxiety? Anxiety is an essential part of our lives — it can keep us safe, healthy, and motivated. However there are times when our bodies can start to feel anxious, or we can be flooded with anxious thoughts and the worry is no longer helpful to us. If anxiety and anxious behaviors have started to feel like they are taking over your life, then you are in the right place. My approach is grounded in a collaborative, client-centered framework. Together, we will identify and address the specific fears and compulsions that impact your daily life. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and board-certified art therapist (ART-BC) in the state of Pennsylvania. I provide trauma-informed care for adults struggling with anxiety and OCD. I use the evidence-based practice of exposure-based cognitive behavioral therapy to support clients in gaining control over their anxiety. Anxiety and OCD are greatly misunderstood and misrepresented in our society. Often, our thoughts and behaviors can leave us feeling isolated and ashamed. I aim to build trust, allowing you to explore and confront difficult emotions and situations at a pace that feels right for you.
Hello there! First, know that I have so much empathy for you as you're going through this process and reaching out for help. Finding a therapist that fits what you need can be tedious, but I encourage you to ask as many questions as you need to make sure you're getting the support that you're looking for! A bit about me: I did my schooling out in Southern California, before working in Texas, Oklahoma and now Pennsylvania. I am based out of Pennsylvania and I provide telehealth therapy for adolescents and adults residing in the state. I have worked well with clients who experience adjustment and identity struggles, cultural, immigration and race-related stress, sexual assault, eating disorders, depression, anxiety and family/interpersonal conflict. I use an integration of attachment theory, structural family therapy, cognitive- and dialectical-behavioral interventions. I also consider biological and ecological influences in my work in order to provide culturally-aware and holistic treatment to my clients. I strive to be an ally to clients with immigrant, BIPOC, Hispanic/Latinx and LGBTQ+ identities. Having worked in outpatient clinics and universities throughout the country, I have a deep respect and connect well with clients from all walks of life. I am described as warm, down to earth, and challenging yet supportive. I am devoted to what I do and I look forward to possibly working with you! Ultimately, I want my clients to feel empowered to make choices that meet their needs - If you are exploring possible therapy choices and have questions for me, or if you’d just like to get started, you can schedule a free 15-minute by emailing me or visiting my website!
I specialize in working with folks who are curious about or identify as neurodivergent neurospicy, on the spectrum, and/or autistic (especially those who learned of this identify in adulthood), who are looking for support in processing their experiences and/or the trauma and grief that can sometimes accompany being neurodivergent in a world set up for neurotypical people. Being neurodivergent in a neurotypical world can be incredibly draining often leading to burnout with no societal accommodations to recover from that burnout. One might be left feeling less than, othered, like a failure, or broken somehow and don't know why. You are not broken. Here you can cultivate a deeper understanding of yourself in the context of neurodiversity, give yourself space to feel and heal from any harmful messages, and learn how show up in life with a deeper sense of self love and acceptance. I have 20+ years of experience in the mental health field and 7 in my private practice. I believe in deep listening, non-judgmental compassion and empathy. I want to get to know your unique experience in the world and tailor our sessions to the type of support you need. My goal is to learn about you, understand you, and help you grow without forgetting the value you bring to the world just as you are.
