Sometimes we feel like our light has been dimmed by our past experiences and ongoing life stressors. Maybe others have noticed that you have been more irritable, distant, or just “different”. Whether it be anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or other life circumstances, don’t let that hold you back from building the life you deserve. You’re here because you finally want to take back control of your life and begin to find your true self again. Your struggles do not have to define you and you deserve to be happy. With over a decade of experience, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals and families across the lifespan. My practice integrates both therapeutic intervention and comprehensive psychological assessment for diagnostic clarity, treatment planning, and meaningful goal progress. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where every person feels heard, understood, and empowered to take the next steps toward well-being.
If you need mental health support, you shouldn’t have to worry about your therapist judging you or making you feel uncomfortable. You are the expert in who you are, and I do my best to learn from my clients and provide a safe space to address whatever you’re going through. I frequently use cognitive behavioral, insight oriented, and emotions focused interventions within session. I’m also trained and certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) which is frequently used to address trauma but is also helpful in reducing the distress experienced around any negative thought and replacing it with a healthier/adaptive thought. I appreciate that I can’t be a good fit for everyone, so I welcome consultation calls to explore if my approach to counseling would be supportive to what you’re looking for within therapy.
