As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Balance Psychiatric Services, I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, medication management, and ongoing treatment for adolescents and adults. I treat a wide range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, panic disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depressive disorders, bipolar and other mood disorders, trauma- and stressor-related disorders, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other psychiatric conditions. For college and graduate students, clinical documentation and recommendations to support requests for academic accommodations when medically appropriate may be provided for students to access resources that promote academic success while managing their mental health. My goal is to provide compassionate, patient-centered care that supports symptom improvement, functional recovery, and overall well-being.

Hi, I’m Jessica Izsak As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon, I offer a warm, grounded space where you can begin to make sense of what feels heavy, stuck, or overwhelming. You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy, and you do not have to carry it alone. My work is rooted in EMDR and IFS-informed parts work, with additional support from ACT, DBT, and other trauma-informed approaches. I tailor therapy to each person’s needs, pace, and goals, with care that is thoughtful, collaborative, and steady. Hi there, my name is Kristina Mills-Gregory, and I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor in North Carolina, Vermont, Virginia, Oregon, and Florida. I have been providing therapy for over 12 years. I have a Masters in Counseling from Campbell University, and a BA in Psychology and Communication Studies from University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Prior to becoming a therapist, I started my career as a school counselor in public schools. I have also worked in community mental health, providing a wide range of services. I specialize in depression, anxiety, stress, life transitions, and other issues.
I use integrative approaches to address a variety of counseling needs. My therapy style is interpersonal, relational and emotion-focused. I work towards helping my clients identify what their goals and motivations are, and collaboratively develop specific strategies and interventions that can help them achieve their goals. I have extensive experience working with relational concerns, trauma, self-esteem concerns, identity development and mood disorders. Therapy is an important investment in yourself and can be incredibly rewarding. I encourage my clients to be open, help identify their motivations to create change, and work on identifying steps to take between sessions that will help overcome barriers to emotional well-being. All aspects of you are important and I welcome people from all walks of life. I want to help you improve your relationships, achieve greater satisfaction in your life, and to channel your energy into accomplishing the goals that are important to you. I want to help you develop a stronger sense of self-compassion, greater self-confidence, and to reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression and other emotional concerns.
As a University of Oregon Graduate, I understand the challenges students can face. College can be presented as a fun experience where you meet new people and prepare for your future. While we all hope this is the case, sometimes life happens. The pressure of classes, grades, family, or personal challenges can get in the way of your experience. Having the right support system and tools to navigate life as a student is important, and I am here to help.
I provide teletherapy services to students located all over Oregon and Washington. I believe each of us has an incredible ability to heal, grow and change stuck patterns that limit our options in life. I help clients recover from anxiety and depression and improve social relationships. I offer an insight-oriented approach. I also do EMDR and parts work. As a dual-board-certified adult and pediatric psychiatrist, I provide thoughtful, evidence-based care in a welcoming setting. My approach integrates the biological, psychological, and social dimensions of health to support lasting well-being. At present, my practice is centered on young adults and the challenges that commonly arise in early adulthood—including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and neurodevelopmental concerns. My goal is to form a warm, collaborative partnership with each person I work with, so together we can work toward meaningful growth and healing.
Many of the students I work best with are navigating big transitions—adjusting to college or grad school, balancing academics with athletics, managing relationships, or figuring out what comes next. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or unsure of how to move forward. Some students come to me struggling with stress, burnout, or motivation, while others are working through challenges like past trauma, substance use, or relationship patterns that no longer serve them. I have a particular interest in supporting student-athletes and individuals dealing with performance pressure, identity, and the unique demands of competitive environments. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in old patterns and want to create meaningful, lasting change. In our work together, I focus on creating a space where you can be open, honest, and fully yourself without judgment. Therapy with me is collaborative—we’ll work as a team to better understand what’s going on and develop practical tools that fit your life. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, confident, and equipped to handle challenges now and in the future.
I primarily support LGBTQIA+ and/or BIPOC adults who struggle with being their full, authentic selves navigate challenging systems and relationships. Clients often come to me worried that by making meaningful changes in their lives, they are being selfish. They might find themselves in work environments that are unsupportive, relationships they feel unfulfilled by, and friendships that seem unbalanced. It's a frustrating cycle, and they want their lives to be different, but are unsure how. After working with me, clients find themselves feeling more able to care for themselves, find joy in being with others, and feel more at peace with themselves. I approach therapy collaboratively and value humor, identity, and compassionate honesty in the therapeutic relationship. I also provide Brainspotting and Internal Family Systems treatment for trauma and provide letters for gender-affirming medical services. I know how frustrating it is to be unheard and unseen. I would love to help you explore how to better engage with yourself and others to become more authentically you. I have a social justice orientation and am affirming of all genders, sexualities, body sizes, and differing relationship structures. If any of the above spoke to you, let's chat!
Any of us, from adults to very young children, can experience life challenges that require the caring support of other people. Sometimes we need help to navigate these challenges, and to heal, reorient, and move forward in our lives toward better health and wholeness. When the emotional support of friends and family is not enough, establishing a safe, collaborative relationship with a psychotherapist can be a valuable resource. I enjoy working with students who are ready to access support and guidance in order to address the social-emotional or mental health challenges that are holding them back; the changes and healing they are seeking in their relationships with parents, other family members, friends and/or partners; and clarification of needs, wants and life goals.
Hi, I’m Hailey Clark, and I’m glad you’re here. I work best with students who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from themselves—often while trying to look “fine” on the outside. Many of the clients I support are navigating eating disorders or difficult relationships with food, body image, control, and self-worth. I’m a Certified EMDRIA Therapist, and I use EMDR along with a steady, practical approach to help you work through what’s fueling the struggle—not just the symptoms. You don’t need the perfect words to start; we’ll meet exactly where you are and move at a pace that feels safe and doable. If you’re looking for a space that’s grounded, supportive, and focused on real change, I’d love to connect.
Welcome to my practice. College is a massive transition-- a time of building new independence, finding where you belong, and figuring out who you are going to become. It can also feel overwhelming, lonely, and stressful. I am a licensed clinical psychologist here to help you with it all. My practice centers on Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT). This is a collaborative, real-world approach focused on your relationships and daily life. Together, we will look at how your connections-- with roommates, family, partners, or professors-- impact how you feel, and work on communication tools to help you set boundaries, resolve conflicts, and feel heard. Outside of my clinical work, I serve as a board member for Rose Children's Theatre. That background means I deeply value creativity, authentic expression, and the power of storytelling. I know that life can sometimes feel like a performance where you are forced to play a role that doesn't fit. In our sessions, there is no script and no audience. It is a completely authentic, judgment-free place to explore your thoughts and build self-confidence. Whether you are dealing with burnout, relationship drama, identity questions, or deeper questions of meaning, you don't have to figure it out alone. Let's work together to write your next chapter.
