I work with clients feeling stuck in anxiety, depression, or self-doubt, especially during college life adjustments, life changes or relationship challenges. Many share feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure how to express their needs. I provide a supportive space to explore feelings, build clarity and confidence, and develop tools for emotional balance. I'd be honored to support your journey.

The students I work best with are curious, thoughtful, and often in a period of deep self-questioning. Many are figuring out who they are, what they believe, and what kind of life they want to build. Some have experimented with psychedelics and are left with big questions afterward about meaning, identity, emotions, or reality itself. They want support in making sense of those experiences in a grounded, non-judgmental way. I also work well with students who feel alone or disconnected, especially when that feeling traces back to childhood experiences, family dynamics, or early trauma. These students may struggle with anxiety, sadness, shame, or a sense that they don’t quite belong. Therapy with me is a space to slow down, feel understood, and explore what’s coming up without pressure to have it all figured out.

As a psychodynamic clinician and LMSW, I specialize in trauma/C-PTSD for adults, helping them release stuck energy within the nervous system. Autonomy is the foundation of my practice, and this belief supports your ability to reach your own goals. I look forward to supporting your capacity for regulation and growth in our work together. I’m passionate about empowering your move from surviving to thriving in life through a gentle and non-judgmental approach customized to your unique set of needs. Working together, you can expect a warm and contained environment that incorporates Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, EMDR, Deep Brain Reorienting, and Brainspotting to support you in differentiating between past and present and working through traumatic experiences. My path to becoming a therapist began with my time at Boston Area RCC, an experience that deepened my interest in working with survivors of sexual assault and in learning how to foster patients' innate capacity for growth. I bring that same interest in the nervous system, and in the over-coupling and under-coupling patterns that can keep a patient stuck, into each session. When I’m not in session, I enjoy spending time with dogs and friends.

Your emotional wellness is not a luxury – it’s a necessity in an ever-changing society. In order to create real change in your life, you must care for your mental health needs. I provide quality therapy for young professionals in NYC, couples therapy, and perinatal therapy. No matter what your age or relationship status, if you’re here it’s because you’re looking to make a change. Maybe you don’t feel good enough – you’re insecure and not sure what your next step is. Or perhaps you’re overloaded with tasks and your anxiety is through the roof, you’re feeling so overwhelmed that you don’t even know where to begin. Living in a world of anxiety and worry takes a toll on your mental health. If you find yourself not feeling good enough, or you’re taking care of others instead of yourself, it might be time to seek help. I support people going through major life transitions such as becoming a parent, starting a relationship or dealing with the breakup, having work-related stress, becoming an entrepreneur, or getting through graduate school. I also work with clients who suffer from low self-esteem and those who feel like there’s something in the way of enjoying life. By providing safe and supportive space in therapy, I empower clients to feel good about themselves, build resiliency and take steps towards greater happiness. In my practice, I believe that therapy shouldn’t be a one-size-fits-all experience. I utilize elements of CBT, Internal Family Therapy, Mindfulness, and Gestalt therapies which are tailored to your unique needs. You will learn coping skills to manage anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship problems, social anxiety, and criticism. As a therapist, I provide evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT and ACT) to women and young adults experiencing a range of symptoms and life stressors. My specialties include depression, anxiety, stress and coping skills, dating and relationships, self-esteem, meditation/mindfulness, and ADHD. My goal is to help people understand why they feel and act the way they do, while helping them navigate this difficult world with compassion, kindness, and grace. It was my own journey of mindfulness and self-discovery that led me to pursue a career as a psychotherapist. Prior to receiving my Master of Social Work from NYU, I was working in international fashion sales. When not doing the work I love, you can find me at a meditation retreat, a yoga class, or cooking up (mostly) vegan treats!

As a therapist and Licensed Master Social Worker, I help young adults, adults, and couples navigate attachment and relationship issues, anxiety, codependency, relationship issues, depression, trauma, OCD, and life transitions. I believe that the perspectives we hold make up our reality, which helps me meet people where they are without judgment and work toward realistic goals. I look forward to reflecting, analyzing, and learning about who you are and how you navigate the world during our time together. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and real to better guide you in developing greater self-awareness, building healthier relationships, and feeling empowered in your life. You are encouraged to achieve these goals in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment tailored to your unique needs, situations, and way of thinking. Your customized treatment may include attachment-based and patient-centered approaches to help you understand yourself and your experiences as well as develop practical tools for change. My path to becoming a therapist began with a strong interest in understanding people and their unique experiences and, in turn, how to support them through difficult moments in their lives. Through my work with children, teens, and families in crisis settings, I developed a deep commitment to providing empathetic, practical, and culturally responsive care. These unique experiences and perspectives allow me to bring genuine curiosity, therapeutic wisdom, and real discussion to each session. Outside of patient care, I enjoy a wide range of hobbies, from running and skiing to cooking and journaling.

Are you or your loved ones feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or uncertain about the future? Are you navigating relationship challenges, work or school stress, major life transitions, family dynamics, self-esteem concerns, or difficulty managing your emotions? Or, maybe you simply feel like something isn't quite right, but aren't sure how to make sense of it. My goal as a licensed master social worker is to help you better understand yourself and what you’re experiencing, develop healthy coping skills, build confidence, and work toward a life that feels more fulfilling and aligned with who you are. My specialties include anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation for children, adolescents, and adults. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, especially if you're not even sure where to begin. You don't need to have the right words, a clear plan, or everything figured out before reaching out. If you're ready to better understand yourself, work through what's been weighing on you, or simply have someone in your corner, I'd be happy to take that first step with you. My hope is that therapy becomes a space where you feel supported enough to be honest, understood enough to feel less alone, and empowered enough to create the changes you're looking for. Therapy with me is warm, authentic, and collaborative, as I'm passionate about building a genuine therapeutic relationship and getting to know you as a whole person, not just the challenges that brought you to therapy. I'll meet you where you are, listening with curiosity and empathy while working collaboratively with you to determine what feels most helpful. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can take a breath and be completely yourself. You are the expert on your own life; my role is to walk alongside you, offer a different perspective, help you notice patterns, and support you in figuring out what you want and how to get there. I use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, though I tailor our work to your personality, experiences, and goals rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we turn insight into practical tools and move toward meaningful healing. My path to becoming a therapist began with a simple desire: to be the person I once needed. Growing up, I often wished I had someone I could talk to who would truly listen, help me make sense of what I was experiencing, and remind me that I didn't have to figure everything out on my own. That experience shaped the kind of therapist I wanted to become. Today, I bring that same belief into my work with patients. I want you to feel genuinely heard and understood, not judged, rushed, or defined by the reason you came to therapy. Building a real relationship with my patients is at the heart of my work, and I approach each person with empathy, curiosity, and authenticity. Outside of therapy, you'll usually find me going on walks, practicing yoga or Pilates, reading, cooking, traveling, trying new restaurants, or spending time with my friends and family. I love exploring new places, trying new things, and finding little ways to make everyday life feel special. I also value staying active and making time for the people and experiences that keep me grounded, connected, and uplifted.
