*Serving clients in California, Pennsylvania & North Carolina via teletherapy* I imagine you're looking for help, maybe a kind and guiding mental health professional wherever you are on your healing journey. Perhaps you've felt confused, misunderstood, unseen, overwhelmed with the constant pressures and stresses of this current moment. You may be struggling with shame, self-hatred, a lack of belonging, imposter syndrome. You might feel nervous about asking for help. I welcome the chance to work together in personalized, culturally sensitive, and confidential virtual therapy. As a multicultural and multiethnic cisfemale therapist of color, I seek to understand who you are, your worldview, and your environment. Once you reach out to me, I'll invite you to set up a consultation to discuss your needs, what's going on and how we may work together. We'll get to know each other a little. I'll also invite your questions and perspectives on what you're looking for in a therapist. Together we can help you heal, create a space to honor and respect who you are, and support a life of meaningful connection and empowerment. Welcome! I'm glad you're here. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and it’s totally okay if you're not sure what to expect. I work with students who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or just not like themselves lately. Maybe you're adjusting to college life, navigating relationships, dealing with academic pressure, or trying to figure out who you are and what you want. Many of the students I work with share a desire to understand themselves better and to feel more in control of their emotions and choices. You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin—we can work through it together. My style is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll go at a pace that feels right for you. In our sessions, you can expect a safe, non-judgmental space to explore whatever’s on your mind. Therapy is a place to be heard, understood, and to grow. If you’re ready to get started—or even just curious—I’d be honored to support you.

My mission is to walk alongside teenage and college-aged women, children, and families on their journey towards health and flourishing. I believe in a holistic approach to counseling that addresses the emotional, psychological, social, and spiritual facets of who we are. As a former student I understand the severe challenges college can bring. I am seeking to care for those struggling with depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, life transitions, and personal growth. I desire to be a light in the darkness and a source of hope and comfort for others in their own seasons of struggle. I am also happy to incorporate faith and spirituality in the counseling process upon request. I am a counseling intern under supervision pursuing my Master's degree in Christian Marriage, Family, and Individual Counseling from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Are you a woman struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, people-pleasing, self-expression, or body-image concerns? You're not alone. Trying to fix everything you dislike about yourself can be draining. In my practice, I offer a supportive space where you can explore these challenges without judgment. You don't have to be perfect to take up space in this world. You deserve to feel safe and confident in your own skin. When we face ourselves with kindness and become the compassionate witness to our own stories, we lay the groundwork for profound transformation. As a trauma-informed somatic based therapist, I recognize that true healing involves reconnecting with our embodied selves, where experiences are felt, honored, and integrated. I create a safe space for you to slow down, tune in to the narratives held within your body, and connect with your inner wisdom. I believe that you are the expert on your own life. You harbor the knowledge of what is necessary for your healing and what resonates authentically with you. My role is to help you reconnect with this inner wisdom, empowering you to navigate life with clarity and self-compassion. If this resonates, reach out and let's connect!

Are you craving a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are? Maybe you’re navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, or late-discovered neurodivergence — and you're tired of masking, doubting, or feeling like you’re too much. If so, I want you to know: you’re not broken. You’re becoming. I work with Autistic and ADHD adults (especially late-diagnosed), highly sensitive people, and anyone healing from trauma or learning to trust themselves again. I offer EMDR and a neurodivergent-affirming, trauma-informed approach that honors your pace, your truth, and your nervous system. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin. You’re allowed to be exactly where you are. If you’re ready to explore what life can look like when you stop hiding and start healing, I’d be honored to walk with you.

It’s not always one defining event—often, it’s the cumulative impact of stress, anxiety, low self-worth, and unprocessed experiences that gradually erode your sense of well-being. You might be noticing a persistent undercurrent of worry, emotional exhaustion, difficulty concentrating, or a critical inner voice that’s hard to silence. Perhaps depressive symptoms have taken hold, or past experiences are continuing to show up in ways you can’t control. I work with teens and adults who are ready to explore what's beneath the surface and begin the work of healing. My approach is trauma-informed and grounded in evidence-based practices. Whether we're unpacking the impact of trauma, exploring ways to better manage mental health symptoms or rebuilding your sense of self, we'll approach the process collaboratively and at a pace your nervous system can manage. You don't have to have anything figured out to start the therapy process. You just have to show up - and I'll meet you there. I encourage you to reach out if you think we will be a good fit!

Hi! I have a 5 lb. Maltese and Hunter, my 115 lb. German Shepherd. I grew up on a farm and animals are incredibly important to me. They teach us so much about ourselves and have the capacity to unconditionally love us and at times, they can really challenge us. That's what therapy is all about - unconditional positive regard and pushing us to be our best selves. I work with females; ages pre-teens to adulthood and their families. Anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm behaviors, relational issues, and emotional challenges are among my specialties. I love helping those find their purpose, path, and inspiration!
