Teagan Collis is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist. She offers individual counseling for teens, young adults, and adults. Teagan specializes in supporting individuals navigating post-traumatic stress, complex trauma, and experiences that often intersect with trauma such as acquired brain injuries, chronic illness, depression, anxiety and grief. She works with college students struggling with anxiety, self-identity, self-esteem challenges, and adjustment challenges. She also has extensive experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She is passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals whether early-diagnosed, late-diagnosed, self-diagnosed, or exploring whether they identify with the neurodivergent community. Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and relational. She integrates expressive arts therapy, somatic practices, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) to meet each client’s unique needs and goals. Teagan works alongside clients to bring joy, creativity, and movement back into lives of those who may feel hopeless, misunderstood, or stuck. She practices cultural humility by remaining curious about each person’s unique lived experiences and by honoring the complexity of intersectional identities. Above all, she views clients as the experts of their own lives, with the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive within themselves. Outside of session Teagan enjoys reading, traveling, taking dance classes, and spending time with her two cats.

That's why our practice is 100% virtual - bringing licensed, compassionate therapists directly to you through secure telehealth sessions. Telehealth for mental health allows individuals to receive therapy and counseling from the comfort of their home, providing convenient access to professional support. If you're a college/graduate student, young adult, or professional dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, relationships, identity development, or self-esteem, you're not alone! Integrating evidence-based treatments like CBT, DBT, and ACT with a relational approach, our work will focus on exploring personal patterns to explore root causes of symptoms and how these contribute to distress. I meet clients where they are and walk alongside them as they move toward growth, clarity, and a greater sense of alignment. The foundation of my work is an identity-affirming approach that positions you as the expert of your own experience so you can feel supported and empowered to deepen self-awareness, build coping skills, and move toward a meaningful, values-driven life. It's never too late or too early to get to the life you want. I look forward to getting to know you! Please note calls & emails will be answered by our practice administrator.
I'm a firm believer that you don’t need to wait until things get really bad to start therapy. Every person is unique, and therapy should be the same - that’s why I take a tailored, individualized approach that’s flexible to meet your needs and goals. The foundation of our work is a multicultural-feminist perspective that positions you as the expert of your own experience. I take a warm, collaborative approach to help you get clarity about who you are and how you want your life to look. I also integrate evidence-based interventions from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and relational frameworks. My goals involve helping clients move upstream to identify and resolve systemic and personal patterns that keep them stuck and working together to find more joy. I also believe that the personal is political. More often than not, sociopolitical systems of oppression like racism, sexism, heterosexism, transphobia, ableism, and more directly impact mental health. As a result, I take an actively anti-racist, intersectional, identity-affirming approach with clients across a broad spectrum of marginalization and privilege. I specialize in working with college students, graduate students, young adults, and professionals in Massachusetts on a variety of common issues including: mood (anxiety, depression), identity development, life transitions and adjustment, ADHD, relationship issues, academic and career issues, and burnout.
Do you look like you’re doing fine, but feel anxious, overwhelmed, or constantly “on” inside? Many of my clients are high-achieving teens, young adults, and adults tired of overthinking, burnout, or pressure to keep it all together. Some are navigating perfectionism, ADHD, or emotional overwhelm that makes life feel heavier than it should. In our work together, we slow things down, make sense of your patterns, and build practical tools that actually fit you.

Hi, I'm Tammy. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and more than five years of outpatient experience. I love partnering with adults from all walks of life, and I bring a warm, trauma-informed approach to everything we do together. Most of my clients come to me while navigating anxiety, depression, major life transitions, or relationship challenges. These are the moments when it is easiest to feel alone, and my goal is to help you build resilience, form healthier connections, and rediscover a sense of calm that may feel out of reach right now. I draw on tools like CBT, ACT, and DBT and tailor our work to what actually fits your life. I believe you are in the driver's seat of your own thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and my job is to help you find your way there. Therapy with me is a safe, judgment-free space where you can show up exactly as you are, untangle what feels tangled, and move toward the version of yourself you want to be. When I'm not with clients, you'll find me traveling, trying new cafes, and making my daily matcha latte. I see clients through WellQor, which provides online therapy so you can meet with me from wherever you are most comfortable. To get started, visit the WellQor website and fill out the Get Started form. A patient liaison will then text you the next steps and help schedule your first session.

I am a weight-inclusive, trauma-informed licensed Clinical Psychologist offering a therapeutic space where clients can reconnect with themselves and others by gaining insight into their relationships. My aim is to work with you to create positive and lasting change. I specialize in the treatment of disordered eating (including anorexia, bulimia, binge eating, obesity and body image concerns) as well as co-occurring mood disorders. In addition, I have extensive experience treating a wide range of concerns including significant life transitions, anxiety, stress and relationship difficulty (room mates, partners, etc.). I also have experience in working with individuals in academic and medical profession. I treat adolescents and adults. I work with my client's treatment team that may include your psychiatrist, dietician, and PCP as well as family and other supports. The foundation of my therapeutic work is the relationship between me and my client. When appropriate I incorporate techniques from other modalities.
My therapeutic approach is evidence-based, client centered, treatments delivered with compassion, humor and intelligence. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and include elements of Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Art Therapy. Cognitive behavioral therapy is a psychosocial intervention that is the most widely used evidence-based practice for improving mental health. Guided by empirical research, CBT focuses on the development of personal coping strategies that target solving current problems and changing unhelpful patterns in cognitions (e.g. thoughts, beliefs, and attitudes), behaviors, and emotional regulation.
College life can feel like a lot sometimes. It’s “supposed” to be fun, but there’s often so much to navigate that it ends up feeling overwhelming. I often work with students dealing with anxiety, relationship stress, and social or family worries — whether that means overthinking, feeling unsure in friendships or dating, or trying to make sense of complicated dynamics. Many students come in wanting to understand their reactions and emotions, and to feel more in control of their anxiety so it doesn’t interfere with their college experience. In our sessions, I’m committed to creating a warm, supportive space where you can feel safe exploring your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. With patience and careful listening, I offer insights and guidance in a gentle, thoughtful, and non-judgmental way. Together, we’ll slow things down so you can make sense of what’s happening beneath the stress — the patterns, experiences, and dynamics that shape how you think, feel, and relate to others. My goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and more grounded, so you can move through college with greater confidence and a stronger connection to yourself.
