For me, I aim to help others transform their lives through compassionate, personalized care (with plenty of humor along the way). I specialize in working with people of color, student-athletes, and those who are neurodivergent. If you’re neurodivergent and reading this, you’ve finally found someone who specializes in and deeply understands your unique perspective. Whether seeking clarity on behaviors, understanding how you interpret the world, or navigating challenges like job functioning and ADHD, I’m here to help. I'm genuinely excited and honored to work with each of my clients and help them reach their goals in life. This isn't just my job, as all my clients will tell you—this is my passion. This is my life. I'm different from any therapist you've ever had, and together, we'll be one of the best teams. I'll be there for you through life's challenges, the ups, the downs, the hardships, the sadness, the happiest moments, the joys, and the promotions 🎉. If you're reading this and choose to work with me, I'm excited to see where we can go together. We'll support and empower you to be the best version of yourself, even if that best version is just not hating yourself anymore. Welcome to the Different Spectrums family! If you're curious about my style and humor, you're welcome to listen to our podcast, which has over forty thousand followers. I enjoy pickup basketball, weightlifting, and yoga outside the therapy room. I'm currently adding golf and fishing to my repertoire. I admit to a penchant for reading half-bought books and comics. To unwind, you'll catch me enjoying Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu comedies. 🏀💪🎓🎣📚 #TherapistExtraordinaire

School can be some of the most rewarding years of your life but they can also be overwhelming. Between classes, internships, work, relationships, family expectations, finances, and figuring out who you are and where you're headed, sometimes it's good to have some extra support. Therapy gives you a place to talk openly about what's going on, without judgment. Whether you're feeling anxious, stressed, burned out, stuck, lonely, or simply trying to make sense of a major life transition, you don't have to navigate it alone. I work with college and graduate students on concerns such as anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, identity exploration, gender identity, academic stress, life transitions, binge eating, and body image. Many of my clients are also learning how to manage life on their own for the first time and are discovering that no one ever really taught them how to handle the emotional side of money. As a Certified Financial Social Worker, I can help you develop a healthier relationship with money, spending, debt, budgeting, and financial decision-making. Together, we can explore both the practical and emotional aspects of financial wellness so you feel more confident and in control. My style is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I'll meet you where you are, help you build on your strengths, and offer practical tools along the way. If you're curious about working together, I'd be happy to schedule a free 15-minute consultation to see if we're a good fit.
Scared (insert adjective) may be what you feel, brave is what you are. College- an excellent time to think about who you are and who you are becoming- not what you are doing, no, this can change. Who do you BE? And do you remember that you are loved for that being; that you are ok and not ok? Let's enjoy story, silence, and shifting the maps in our heads until we feel more confident traveling this path and seeing where it leads.
To support you in living a more meaningful, joyful, authentic life, I combine talk therapy, art therapy, positive psychology, and neuroscience approaches. Our work together will help you develop the knowledge, skills, and confidence to overcome depression, reduce anxiety, manage stress, successfully navigate life transitions, and build stronger relationships. Whether you are new to college, trying to make the most of this time in your life, or anticipating what comes after graduation, I provide therapeutic support to process your experiences, and to grow from them in resilient, empowering ways. My approach is very collaborative, individualized, and focused on building long-term mental wellness. I offer a risk-free consultation appointment to meet and discuss your goals for therapy. Are you feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, or like you're carrying invisible weight no one else can see? Whether you're juggling classes, navigating relationships, questioning your identity, or dealing with family or cultural pressure, you don’t have to go through it alone. I’m Tsuki, and I specialize in working with students who often feel like they don’t quite “fit the mold.” Many of the students I support are BIPOC, neurodivergent (ADHD, Autistic, AuDHD), and LGBTQIA+, and they're trying to make sense of who they are while moving through complex systems that weren’t built with them in mind. In therapy, your whole self is welcome — even the parts that feel messy or misunderstood. I offer online therapy in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese and bring a compassionate, down-to-earth approach to our work together. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and always grounded in respect for who you are and what you need. If you’re looking for support with anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, identity questions, or just feeling stuck — I’m here to help.
