The Kairos Wellness Collective is committed to delivering quality holistic care for clients experiencing, but not limited to, OCD and Anxiety. The Kairos Wellness Collective believes in treating the whole person --- mind, body, and spirit. OCD and Anxiety Disorders have magnified in our community since our small city has been stressed by the pandemic, the fires, and King Soopers shootings. Each client has their own unique struggles and a distinct road to recovery. Rather than ask our clients to bounce around individual offices for their care, our center aims to bring practitioners together in a holistic space that both honors client confidentiality but also streamlines communication between practitioners by using shared health records software. Client care specialists take baseline assessments of OCD upon intake into the collective, and every two months, our specialists will continue to assess measurable progress in the treatment of OCD and anxiety. Kairos Wellness Collective features diverse modalities including Chinese Medicine, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and Coaching (KAP & KAC), Yoga Therapy, Play Therapy, Forest Bathing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Family Therapy. While utilizing diverse approaches, all approaches featured at the center are evidence-based treatments for OCD and Anxiety disorders. We specialize in treating the college-age population and look forward to supporting you to your optimal mental health during this pivotal time in your lives!
Hi! Thank you for reading! I provide skills-based, evidence-based therapy services to children and young adults. I am a Licensed Psychologist for the state of Colorado and I find true joy, inspiration, and hope from connecting with individuals and their families. I specialize in CBT, DBT, and ACT. Learning about, listening to, and working with people to implement effective strategies is what I love to do, and I look forward to continuing to support families. I have been fortunate to work as a mental health professional in a variety of settings and I am excited to learn about people, be a catalyst for positive changes, and be a dedicated member of each family’s team. I have worked with young people experiencing challenges related to Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning and academic struggles, behavioral difficulties, Anxiety and Depression, and social and family stress.
Let’s be real. These have been dark times, and uncertainty still abounds. Old wounds may be coming to the surface, and the thought of facing them may feel downright terrifying……it is terrifying. I believe that these moments are opportunities for us to learn, accept, and grow in our capacity to be Compassionate with ourselves, and with one another. This is how Transformational Healing occurs. If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, anger issues, relationships with substances, or existential dread (perhaps all the above), you are not alone. My name is Andrew Linares, and I am a Colorado-based LPCC with a lifetime of service. I have a Master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling, and I provide sliding-scale, mindfulness-based, somatic, and trauma-informed therapy. Joe specializes in supporting students and young adults navigating the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. Joe completed clinical training at Harvard University Counseling & Mental Health Services, where he worked with students from diverse backgrounds, including those marginalized by gender, race, and sexuality, and those recovering from traumatic experiences. Joe’s therapeutic approach is rooted in psychodynamic theory, helping clients uncover unconscious thoughts, emotions, and behaviors by exploring how past experiences influence their current lives. This process allows clients to identify patterns and work toward meaningful, positive change. My aim is to guide you in tapping into your inner wisdom—to help you truly feel, process, and connect on a profound level. I believe that the therapeutic bond is essential in fostering growth and change. I am passionate about helping individuals navigate through challenging life situations and achieve their goals. My experience includes working with individuals who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I am committed to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My Approach: Direct and Compassionate - I believe these are the two greatest traits I can bring into my work with others. While working with clients I strive to provide honest feedback that will help guide them forward towards recovery while offering compassion along the journey. I believe that the best route to change is a direct one that does not beat around the bush. The road to recovery of any form can be very difficult as life may be in a state of turmoil. I have found that offering a compassionate approach that fits an individual's needs is the best route to take. My specialities/areas of focus are: substance abuse, addiction and trauma. I am a Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I have additional trainings in Brainspotting and DBT. In my work as a counselor and my own life I have found that connection is of incredible importance. Inability or unwillingness to feel and express uncomfortable emotions can keep people disconnected. Through the process of recovery, lifestyle changes, and personal growth many people experience fear, anger, sadness, and many other emotions.
Welcome! I specialize in working with anxiety, relationship concerns, and eating/body image issues. College can be a whirlwind of new experiences, freedoms, and responsibilities. Add to that the current state of the world, and things can easily feel heavy. It's common that in the overwhelm of managing it all, anxiety around life, relationships, and food becomes a way to cope. If you've been struggling, you don't have to carry the weight of it alone-- finding a therapist you like and trust can change everything. I am trained in somatic therapy, which means we include body awareness as a way to get beneath the conscious mind and anxious thoughts that play on repeat. This helps to get in touch with what's really going on and find sustainable relief. Clients often say that somatic therapy promotes deeper change than other types of therapy they've tried before. I know it can take a lot of energy to start with a new therapist. I'm proud of you for caring for yourself by taking these steps. Reach out for a free 30-minute call so we can get to know each other and see if it's a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you!

Together, we’ll explore your inner world and uncover the pathways to healing that feel right for you. If you’re ready to take the next step in your journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.

Sometimes words don't cut it. Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or seeking a safe space to explore your inner world? Art therapy uses tools that take traditional talk therapy to the next level by giving you an embodied experience. The heart of my practice is believing people are their own experts. You are the ONLY you with your exact values, experiences, routines, heartaches, and desires. I want you to feel seen, foster a deeper understanding of your journey, and find answers and solace through your own innate intuition. If you're new to art therapy you may not be aware of how creativity can open new doors of understanding and connection. Sometimes we get stuck on a judgmental message from 1st grade that we aren’t “good” at artmaking. Well, I say forget that! You ARE inherently creative and it’s okay to heal using both the logical AND intuitive sides of your brain. You get to lead at your comfort level and I will authentically support you using tools and techniques (whether open-ended or more structured) to guide you. If you are seeking space to work through an issue you're having, improve self-esteem, cope with anxiety or depression, manage stress, deal with relationship or parenting issues, process trauma, or just vent, consider reaching out to me.
We work primarily with folks experiencing difficulty with ADHD or attention struggles, anxiety, PTSD, and depression. We use a brain map (qEEG) to measure baseline electrical activity, and then design an individualized protocol to then habituate more adaptive, efficient, and flexible brainwave patterns. Training occurs twice weekly for around 30-50 sessions.
My clients are smart, self-aware people who've been managing a lot on their own for a long time — and they're tired. They want to stop overthinking everything, feel more solid in their relationships, and figure out who they actually are underneath the performance. A lot of them are queer, neurodivergent, or both, and they're done explaining the basics to their therapist. They want someone direct, who notices patterns, and who won't let them stay comfortable when they're ready for something different. I'm a clinical psychologist. I work with attachment, identity, and the ways people get stuck trying to hold it all together. My style is warm but direct — I'll give you real feedback, not just nod and reflect. We use what works, and go at the pace your nervous system can handle. If you want an authentic therapist who's honest with you, helps you build skills that work outside the room, and actually tracks whether things are getting better — reach out. We'll figure out what matters and go from there.
