Do you find yourself asking: “where did I go wrong” or “what matters to me anymore?” Clients may find their usual coping skills are no longer sufficient, have unintentionally relinquished their autonomy, be stuck due to unaddressed trauma, or have never found the time to look within and get to know themselves. Sessions with me are oriented around thought-provoking questions and free association. The process is highly client-driven as anything on your mind could merit deeper exploration.
My preference is always to seek out the root problems, or at least the symptoms and patterns that will grant us the most headway. This process can take time, but my goal is for you to leave therapy with enough self-assurance and resilience to be your own therapist!
