I retired after working 30 years in public schools so I understand the stress of juggling grades, extra curricular commitments, social/family issues, etc. I can help you find ways to cope with life and to function better than you currently are. My personal goal is for you to be your healthiest self. I use a friendly approach but know how to push when needed. You should have a willingness to work hard and be open to the process.
