Do you spend most of your days feeling on edge and anxious? Maybe you've spent years holding it together to seem "fine" while you actually feel overwhelmed, lonely, and frustrated with yourself. I help teens, adults, and couples recognize and shift the patterns that keep them stuck. Some are new to therapy, while others are looking for a deeper approach that gets to the roots of their struggles. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and focused on co-creating a trusting and honest relationship where all parts of you are welcome, especially parts that might feel messy, shameful, or "too much".

I’ve trained in relational psychodynamic therapy with children and adults, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples. I believe our early relationships shape us and that healing happens through new relational experiences. In our work, we'll make space to be curious about feelings, thoughts, behaviors, and dynamics that often happen out of awareness.

If something here resonates, you’re welcome to reach out to set up a consultation call, or schedule directly with me using the link on my website. Our initial call is for you to ask any questions you have and for us to get a sense of whether we are a good fit. If I’m not the right therapist for you, I’ll gladly provide a referral.
