I am a dual board-certified family nurse practitioner and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with 11 years of combined clinical experience in working in the outpatient settings. I earned my post master’s certificate as a PMHNP from the University of Cincinnati in 2021 following 9 years of practice as a family nurse practitioner.
I have worked in the FQHC settings caring for the underserved population, detention center, nursing homes and community mental health centers in several states. These diverse experiences have shaped me into a well-rounded and adaptable provider.
I take a holistic, patient-centered approach, focusing on the whole person rather than just their symptoms. By integrating the latest evidence-based practices with a strong emphasis on patient education and advocacy, I strive to empower individuals to take an active role in their well-being. My passion lies in delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients from diverse backgrounds and communities.
I provide medication management and supportive therapy, as needed, for the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD and other mental health conditions.
I recognize that everyone is unique, and I dedicate time to understanding each patient’s individual needs in order to equip them with the skills and tools necessary for a fulfilling and successful life.
