Licensed Professional Counselor

College can be an exciting time, but it can also bring anxiety, loneliness, relationship challenges, academic pressure, grief, and questions about identity or direction. I offer a warm, down-to-earth space where college students can feel understood while developing practical tools to navigate stress, regulate their nervous systems, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity. My approach is person-centered and may incorporate CBT, mindfulness, EMDR-informed techniques, and nervous-system education. I work primarily through telehealth, with in-person therapy and equine-assisted interventions also available at my practice in Longmont, Colorado.
I offer a free 15-minute consultation and look forward to connecting with you!
