College can feel overwhelming when anxiety, academic stress, overthinking, or intrusive thoughts begin to interfere with daily life. I help students manage anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, perfectionism, self-doubt, and depression by building practical coping skills that support both mental health and academic success.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). My style is warm, collaborative, non-judgmental, and down-to-earth. Therapy is offered through a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform for flexibility and convenience.
