Hello! My name is Priscilla (she/her) and I am licensed to practice as a therapist in both Oregon and California. My practice centers on the dignity, safety, and belonging we each deserve. Many of my clients struggle with self-esteem, feeling like they belong, decision-making, and boundary setting. I help clients find ways to counter self-doubt so that they feel more empowered and comfortable trusting themselves. Sometimes, my clients discover that their patterns of thinking are tied to earlier events that may have been painful. I am here to be a safe, compassionate guide.
