I work with women and athletes who are struggling with overwhelming anxiety. Sometimes this includes issues with relationships, eating issues, sports performance, spirituality, self esteem, codependency, life transitions, and grief. You may be feeling not good enough, stuck in a toxic relationship, uncomfortable asking for help, scared of conflict, intimidated, taken advantage of. You can achieve, tough it out, and make other people happy, but aren’t really happy yourself.

Usually my clients will come to me wanting relief from symptoms, and then the work tends to lean toward self-understanding and awareness. While this kind of deeper change takes time, I believe it is the most lasting long-term. I'm a psychoanalytic/psychodynamic therapist, attachment-based, and person-centered.

My practice is an LGBTQ+ safe space. I also welcome faith discussion and provide Christian counseling. I'm a certified Intuitive Eating Counselor for addressing issues about eating and body image.
