I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Georgia and Louisiana providing therapy services as, Aspire Counseling. I received my Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of New Orleans and my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Southern Mississippi. I am trained in IFS, Somatic, and EMDR modalities. My style of therapy is integrational which includes a mixture of structural, experiential, and solution-focused therapy models. I offer both short and long-term therapy depending on the client’s needs. I only provide services virtually and specialize in women's mental health.
