Molly Bato
I've learned over my years in practice that every person carries a deep inner resilience and an ability to heal. Sometimes, they just need a little support in uncovering it. My role is to walk alongside you, offering a space that is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I specialize in trauma therapy, as well as having experience supporting clients through a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. I work with folks from all walks of life and deeply value the richness that diversity brings. All identities and backgrounds are welcome and affirmed here.
My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, mindfulness oriented, and grounded in social and systemic awareness. I use a variety of evidenced based modalities, including EMDR, DBT, and ACT to support my clients in reaching their desired goals, while recognizing that a trusting, safe relationship between client and therapist is at the core of success.
The process of choosing a therapist can be daunting and feel vulnerable. I offer brief consultation calls to help answer questions and determine if you would like to work together. If you feel I would be a good fit to walk alongside you in this journey, please don't hesitate to reach out.
