I mostly work with people in their 20s and 30s who experience depression and anxiety or need help navigating substance use, self-esteem, body image, identity development, sexuality, and interpersonal relationships. Life is full of highs and lows, and it is through these experiences and emotions that we grow. I would love the opportunity to help you work through the lows and discover a stronger and healed version of yourself. I have experience working in the collegiate counseling setting, helping students navigate anxiety, depression, adjustment, and substance use issues. I also have experience creating a safe space and working with LGBTQIA+ students with identity development, body image issues, and interpersonal relationships.
