I'm Lauryn (she/her), a Registered Dietitian who helps people with prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, PCOS, disordered eating, and body image concerns, especially when those overlap. My clients aren't looking for another diet. They want support, knowledge, and a flexible plan that fits real life.
I work from a weight-inclusive, intuitive eating, Health at Every Size (HAES) lens, shaped by my background in eating disorder care at the PHP/IOP and outpatient levels. Many of the people I work with are women of color, queer folks, and people in larger bodies who have spent years feeling judged or dismissed in medical spaces.
