Hillary Morgan
Hillary believes that the foundation of counseling is a therapeutic relationship that offers a safe and comfortable environment. Sharing your story while experiencing acceptance helps to drive the therapeutic process and lay the foundation for real healing and growth. She believes counseling can be a place to explore your patterns, come to understand factors that contributed to your development, and find a balance between accepting yourself and changing patterns that are no longer serving you. Through this exploration and finding the right therapeutic tools, Hillary believes that all people have the ability to understand themselves better, find acceptance, and learn to thrive in daily life.
Hillary works for Mindful Counseling GR at the Standale location. She is an alum of both Grand Valley State University and Western Michigan University. Hillary works with adolescents and adults. She specializes in working with individuals with anxiety, trauma, depression, and life transition concerns. Hillary also has experience with family of origin work and exploring relational patterns within the family unit. Hillary will work with you to identify strengths within yourself, increase self-awareness, and find the right tools for managing life symptoms and stressors before they arise.
