My goal is to create a space where you can safely explore your deepest thoughts and feelings without fear of judgement. I specialize in working with individuals who come from challenging family backgrounds and need support in feeling safe and secure in their relationships—whether with family, friends, or partners. I believe that change and healing occur in the context of a strong therapeutic relationship. I utilize a client-centered approach integrating psychodynamic theory with mindfulness and behavioral approaches.
