Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Last Updated 543 days ago

I am an individual, adolescent, and couples therapist and approach counseling with exceptional compassion, curiosity, and thoughtfulness. I believe black lives matter and social justice is of core importance to therapy. I welcome and empower LGBTQIA+ clients. I inspire change and growth in my clients with gentle encouragement and humor. I offer support to people with relational, career, creative, and personal challenges through a trauma-informed lens. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness to help clients overcome anxiety, depression, or attachment challenges in order to help make life dreams come true.

I help those who seek to heal from trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I draw on the Gottman method to strengthen couples’ relationships. My background is in expressive arts and I still enjoy acting and comedy as hobbies.

Seeking counseling is an act of bravery--I am here to travel alongside you and offer support. I see Oregon residents. My goal is to put you at ease and offer exceptional support as you find your most grounded and healing path forward. Email hello@emmabridgeslcsw.com for a free 30-minute consultation.
