  • Pre-Licensed Professionals

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready for something to change, know that showing up is already a meaningful first step. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, bipolar disorder, ADHD, autism, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and centered on getting to know you, walking alongside you as you build practical tools, gain insight, and create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is grounded in what actually works for you. I draw from CBT, ACT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and person-centered therapy, adjusting the focus each session, whether that's building coping skills or simply having space to talk things through. I want you to leave our work together with real clarity and tools that stick.
Reaching out and starting therapy takes real courage, and I'd love the chance to walk alongside you. I want our work together to feel supportive and comfortable from the very first conversation. My hope is that you feel safe, supported, and genuinely welcomed with me, with room to grow at your own pace.
