Destiny Blankenship
Do you ever feel like you just need to cry, scream, break down, or maybe do all three? Sometimes, life can feel like a lot to carry on your own, especially these days. I aim to provide a space where you can slow down, feel heard, and work through the things that feel difficult to put into words.
I believe therapy should be collaborative, supportive, and tailored to you. My approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and creative approaches such as art, music, and play.
I strive to create an affirming, judgment-free space for people of diverse identities, relationships, and lived experiences. I am LGBTQ+ and kink-friendly, and I believe every client deserves to feel safe, respected, understood, and supported. Together, we can work toward meaningful change while building on your strengths, values, and goals.
