Accepting clients Last Updated 21 days ago

Counseling is an opportunity to learn more about yourself and to experience deep, lasting change. I develop a unique therapeutic relationship with each client, and work to promote healing and improved well-being with compassion, sensitivity, and understanding.

Whether things just need a little fine-tuning, or your situation feels unmanageable and chaotic, I can guide and empower you to move to a more fulfilling place in your life and your relationships.

I work with individuals, families, and couples facing a variety of concerns. My specialties include: Life Stress, Grief and Loss, Caregiver Stress, Life Transitions, Relationship and Family Issues, Infidelity, Separation, Divorce, and Co-Parenting.

I invite you to e-mail or call to talk more about your needs and my services. If you send an e-mail I will respond via e-mail, so please watch your "junk" folder in case my message is filtered. I look forward to talking with you!
