Hello! I currently offer in-person sessions in Fayetteville, Arkansas. I specialize in working with men and women on issues related to self-expression, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, sexuality, and the stress and trauma often associated with these concerns. My practice proudly supports the LGBTQIA2+ community. I am in-network with the majority of health insurance providers in the greater Arkansas area.
I work from a relational psychodynamic perspective to offer a safe, judgment-free environment where you can be your genuine self. As we form an authentic connection, we will begin to understand and resolve the roots of the challenges that bring you to therapy.
I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation so we can begin getting to know one another. During this time, we can discuss your reasons for seeking treatment, and I can answer any questions you may have. If we determine that we are a good fit, we can schedule your first appointment. I look forward to hearing from you!
