I am here to help you weather the storm of your eating disorder, ODC, anxiety, body image distress, and/or whatever else you bring to the room. Through my own eating disorder recovery, and helping many clients find theirs, I have learned that no recovery journey is the same. Recovery is SO worth it, and I would be honored to help you navigate this process. I have experience working in both residential and outpatient eating disorder care, with queer and trans clients, and with both teens and young adults. I utilize techniques including DBT, CBT, and Narrative Therapy.
