College can be one of the most exciting—and overwhelming—times in a person's life. Whether you're navigating academic stress, major life transitions, relationship challenges, or the impact of past traumatic experiences, therapy can provide a space to slow down, gain insight, and build effective coping strategies.

I specialize in working with college students and young adults who are struggling with stress management, anxiety, life transitions, and trauma-related concerns. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier patterns, and move toward meaningful change.

My goal is to create a therapeutic environment where you feel heard, understood, and appropriately challenged as you work toward your goals. Whether you're adjusting to college life, managing overwhelming emotions, healing from past experiences, or simply trying to find greater balance, I am here to support you throughout the process.
