Carly James
As a clinician, I hope to cultivate a space where you feel empowered to understand and know yourself better and grow in new ways. Leaning into where you feel comfortable to explore your whole self will always be prioritized in our space together. I believe in meeting you right where you are at each time we meet. Your comfort in our space together is my number one priority. Whether you are just starting your college journey or are already on your way, let's work together to achieve your goals.
Trusting and discovering your strengths will lead us throughout our time together. In our session time, I hope to laugh together, and learn more about each other. If you are seeking support around a new life transition, exploring your identity or sexuality, or simply looking to find your personal form of healing, I am excited to work alongside you where we prioritize skills that make your brain and body feel like a safe space to be. Being open to vulnerability with ourselves is hard, so I will always be here to cheer you on along the way.
