Amanda VanDuinen, BA Psychology, CADC (she/her), specializes in trauma-informed care, substance use recovery, and adult mental health. With hands-on experience as a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor and case manager, Amanda brings both clinical expertise and personal lived experience to her practice. Allowing her to create a therapeutic space grounded in empathy, authenticity, and resilience.
She works primarily with adults navigating complex life experiences, including trauma, addiction, anxiety, and depression. Amanda’s approach integrates mindfulness, meditation, and holistic modalities with evidence-based interventions, supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves, cultivating emotional strength, and fostering sustainable healing.
