You might be a good fit for working with me I if you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, or carrying around stuff from your past that still shows up in your day-to-day life. Maybe you’ve been through hard or confusing experiences and aren’t sure how to talk about them yet.

Therapy with me isn’t “one-size-fits-all” — we go at your pace and figure out what actually works for you. I focus on helping students feel safer in their bodies, understand their emotions, and build real coping skills they can use outside of sessions. I also love incorporating animals into therapy when appropriate, because they can help make the process feel more comfortable, grounding, and a little less intimidating.

If you’re looking for a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can be yourself, you’re in the right place.
